This bag is really wonderful, but I haven't used it now in a long time. It's made to be used as either a crossbody with one strap, or a sale backpack utilizing both straps. I never used it as a backpack. I only ever used one strap while the other strap is still wrapped. It's has very slight wear on the design, but overall looks like new. Message with any questions!.
