Device has a problem charging, I believe it needs a new charging port. Sometimes I can get it to charge, sometimes I can't. I got it to charge to come on, couldn't get it sale to stay charging. Most likely financed on T-Mobile. Will only work on T-Mobile or T-Mobile-tower carriers. It is not factory unlocked for all carriers. No iCloud attached.
