This is a roll of Teletype style paper encoded with punched holes that are the computer program Extended Basic. I'm not sure why this was on paper tape instead of sale a disk or a cassette. 1" wide, 2-5/8" diameter. Microsoft? DOS? IBM? Commodore 64? I just don't know.
