This refurbished console works perfectly and has been factory reset. The console is being sold as seen (outer casing has cosmetic dings, but does not affect performance). My friend runs a console refurbishing company and sold this Xbox to me last year. The hard drive had to be replaced. This console passed all software updates and diagnostic tests and has run perfect since I bought. You will see that the factory sticker has been tampered with due to him having gone in to fix.
